Ordering
Orders may be placed by phone, fax, e-mail, mail or on our website. Be sure to double check all information before submitting your order. Fax line is open 24 hours a day.

Payment
Northwest Power System accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards as method of payment. Oversized orders that ship via common carrier truck must be prepaid prior to shipping. All orders must be prepaid by credit card prior to shipping.

Shipping
All domestic orders will be shipped SpeeDee (where available) or UPS. International orders will ship USPS or UPS. Shipping charges on International orders, Domestic orders valued over $250 or Domestic shipments sent express will be calculated once the order is processed. Shipping charges will be added to your order at the time of shipment. The carrier assumes responsibility for all items in transit. Title of merchandise passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. All losses or damages are to be reported immediately to the carrier by the customer upon delivery. Shortages or incorrect items received must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

Warranty
Northwest Power System offers no express, implied, or statutory warranty on items manufactured or services performed. Purchased items manufactured by companies other than Northwest Power System may carry their own warranty.

Returns
You may return new, unused parts within 30 days for exchange or in-store credit. You must call for an RGA (return goods authorization) number prior to returning anything. Any items returned after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted after 60 days. Returned items must be in new, unused condition. An original invoice copy must accompany all returns. Refused COD’s are subject to collection.

Hours
Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST Monday through Friday.

Back-Ordered Parts
Items not in stock at time of shipment will be placed on back-order status. Back-ordered items will be shipped as they become available. Customer bears sole responsibility to cancel backorders if they wish to do so. Customers are responsible for all freight and handling charges.

International Customers
All Canadian and overseas shipments must be paid by credit card or prepaid with certified check or money order before shipment. All purchases are to be paid in U.S. Funds only.

Pricing
All prices listed are in U.S. Funds and are subject to change without notice due to increases in material costs, production costs, and special tooling changes. We make every effort to hold our prices and ensure competitive pricing. Minnesota residents add 6.5% sales tax to order total. Minnesota sales tax will be added to all orders that are picked up at our facility.

Dealers
Only registered dealers with approved applications on file with Northwest Power System at the time of the order will receive dealer pricing. Dealers must have a Sales Tax Exempt Certificate on file with Northwest Power System. Dealer status will be reviewed annually. Northwest Power System reserves the right to revoke dealer status at its sole discretion.
